Who Can Apply
Nonprofits, social enterprises, and academic institutions that partner with government agencies. Projects must demonstrate:
- Impact — Data-driven solutions with measurable outcomes
- Innovation — AI applications beyond incremental improvements
- Feasibility — Realistic execution plans with documented government partnerships
- Scalability — Potential for replication across regions and use cases
