PakEducate brings attendance, fees, results, admissions and student records into school management software available in Urdu and English. Its public site also describes a parent portal and school websites. For a school considering it, the useful question is whether staff can complete their everyday work accurately and comfortably. Follow a school day through the demo
The creator describes this as a roughly four-minute walkthrough using a fictional school, Roshan School in Multan. The description says the screens are from PakEducate, all names and records are fictional, and the narration is AI-generated. These questions are proposed evaluation criteria. A chapter title establishes the topic being presented, not the answer to every operational question.
Where AI Ustad fits
PakEducate describes AI Ustad as its built-in assistant for school staff. Documented uses include drafting Urdu and English notices, preparing result comments, explaining reports and guiding users to relevant modules. Keep two checks separate. A fee record needs correct amounts and dates. A draft reminder needs correct facts, an appropriate tone and the right recipient. A fluent message does not prove that the underlying balance is correct. Equally, a correct balance does not make every proposed message suitable to send.

A fictional fee exercise with an answer key
The following records are invented for this article. They do not describe a real school or a PakEducate test. They provide a small, inspectable task to bring into a guided demo. Ask the demonstrator how to represent concessions and payments in the supported workflow.
Assume a single monthly fee period, no opening arrears, no penalties and no refunds. An approved concession reduces the amount owed. Payments are amounts already received, not promises to pay.

The check is straightforward: charges minus concessions minus payments equals outstanding balance. Across the three records, PKR 15,000 − PKR 1,500 − PKR 8,000 = PKR 5,500. Student A owes PKR 1,500 for this period, not the original PKR 5,000 charge.
Now imagine a staff member needs an English reminder for Student A’s parent. Supply only the approved facts, using placeholders for identifying details:
Draft a polite fee reminder using these fictional practice facts: monthly charge PKR 5,000; approved concession PKR 500; payment already received PKR 3,000; remaining balance PKR 1,500. Invite the parent to contact the office if their records differ. Do not invent a deadline, penalty, payment link or school policy. Return a draft for staff review; do not send it.
Here is a deliberately flawed, authored example, not an observed AI response:
Your fee of PKR 5,000 is overdue. Pay by tomorrow to avoid a late fine.
It ignores the concession and payment, invents a deadline and adds an unsupported penalty. Even if an AI produced a grammatically perfect version, it would fail the task.
A suitable authored reference draft is:
Dear parent or guardian, our practice record shows a remaining balance of PKR 1,500 for this month’s fee after the approved concession and payment received. Please contact the school office if your payment record differs. Thank you.
Before using a similar message in a real workflow, staff must confirm the fee period, current balance, recipient and school-approved wording. For Urdu, ask a fluent staff member to review meaning and tone as well as every number. Translation should preserve the facts without adding promises or consequences.
Try a second step: record an additional fictional PKR 1,000 payment for Student A. The expected balance becomes PKR 500, and the combined outstanding balance becomes PKR 4,500. Generate or edit the reminder again. It should use the new balance; a previously correct message may now be stale.
What to check during the trial
Use a few fictional records first. The goal is to observe a complete workflow and record any unresolved questions, rather than judging the system from the appearance of its dashboard.

Pricing and getting started
As checked on September 24, 2026, PakEducate’s published monthly plans are Micro at PKR 1,500 for up to 75 students, Starter at PKR 3,000 for 150, Growth at PKR 6,000 for 300, Advanced at PKR 9,000 for 600, and Institutional at PKR 15,000 for 1,000. A school with 120 students would fit within the listed Starter student limit, but should also confirm its staff-account needs. Subscription price alone does not tell you how much time initial setup, staff training and record checking will require. Ask about those tasks before committing.
